All orders must be prepaid. We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days. Delivery timelines vary by location and depend on courier partners. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Replacement is provided only for damaged or missing jewellery, subject to a clear 360-degree unboxing video shared within 2 days of delivery. Trive Jewellery reserves the right to accept or reject claims.
Individual items from combo or gift boxes are not eligible for separate replacement. Products purchased during sales or special schemes are non-returnable and non-replaceable except in case of damage.
All content, images, logos, and designs belong to Trive Jewellery and may not be used without permission.
Trive Jewellery shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage.
